Dr. Hoang Van Thang introduced the main activities of CRES in scientific research, post-graduate program in natural resources management, environmental protection, biodiversity conservation, sustainable development and climate change. The uniqueness of CRES is a financial autonomy, employing an interdisciplinary approach combining natural sciences and social sciences to serve policy making process towards sustainable development in the context of climate change.
